well, coconut oil is good for you overall even if it is not your thyroid.

Some one posted a link to a good site to buy coconut oil but when my old computer croaked the link I had saved went with it.

Jarrow Coconut Oil is a good brand and easy to find at most HFS.

Also Nutiva's brand is good - they do alot of Oils including Hemp oil.

I dont like the one from Garden of life as it is way over-priced and

has a coconut taste versus the other two which have little if any

coconut taste to them making them far more versatile
