DEAR DONNA,

THANK YOU FOR SHARING IT...IT IS JUST LIKE YOU SAID...I TOO, JUST DO EXERCISES

IN THE POOL AND A BIT AT THE GYM. SOMETIMES IT IS HARD THIS HEAVINESS AND THE

PAIN. DID YOU HAVE THE INJECTIONS FOR THE PAIN?

I HAD THOSE BEFORE IN BRAZIL, REMEMBER THAT THE DOCTOR IN BRAZIL TOLD

ME THAT IT WAS BURSITIS IN BOTH HIPS...WELL, THE INJECTION HELPED A BIT , BUT

AFET 3 MONTHS I FELT PAIN AGAIN...NOW, SOMETIMES THIS PAIN CAME AND GOES...I DO

TAKE MALIC ACID AND ALPHA LIPOIC ACID AND MAGNESIUM ...TO HELP!WELL, DO TAKE

Thanks for your encouragement.

I have enrolled in a gym where they have a pool and hot tub. I do have a pool

at home and a hot tub. But the pool is only good in the summertime, so that is

why I joined the club.

Ooooh! Lucky you! All I have is a ditchbank and dogs who want me to " go

faster, go faster... " !

But you know what? It's okay! I honestly thought it was physically out of

the question for me to " run " (jog) at all anymore. Learning I still can is

actually kind of cool, so I'm enjoying it!
