Guest guest Posted July 17, 2005 Report Share Posted July 17, 2005 DEAR DONNA, THANK YOU FOR SHARING IT...IT IS JUST LIKE YOU SAID...I TOO, JUST DO EXERCISES IN THE POOL AND A BIT AT THE GYM. SOMETIMES IT IS HARD THIS HEAVINESS AND THE PAIN. DID YOU HAVE THE INJECTIONS FOR THE PAIN? I HAD THOSE BEFORE IN BRAZIL, REMEMBER THAT THE DOCTOR IN BRAZIL TOLD ME THAT IT WAS BURSITIS IN BOTH HIPS...WELL, THE INJECTION HELPED A BIT , BUT AFET 3 MONTHS I FELT PAIN AGAIN...NOW, SOMETIMES THIS PAIN CAME AND GOES...I DO TAKE MALIC ACID AND ALPHA LIPOIC ACID AND MAGNESIUM ...TO HELP!WELL, DO TAKE CARE DONNA. I honestly thought it was physically out of the question for me to " run " (jog) at all anymore. Learning I still can is actually kind of cool, so I'm enjoying it!
