I do put flax in my smoothies but I know that isn't enough. I can't do fish oil by the teaspoon..it really gags me. Also, I read "The avoidance of milk may benefit patients with MS. Peptides in milk can mimic antigens in myelin. CNS degeneration that resembles MS can be induced in mice with milk peptide injections". Would it be the same for raw milk?
