If the headache is stress related, the lavender would probably be better. If it's triggered by other causes, I'd reach for the peppermint. Guest guest
Anyone have any comments on blending these two together? Does it still relive headaches? Guest guest
Heidi, Lavender is in the mint family so blending with peppermint is fine. I prefer a blend with more lavender than mint however, as the peppermint can be overpowering if just blending the two. I'd probably add a little sweet orange to that. And yes, for a tension headache that would probably do though personally, I am not that fond of peppermint. It is very subjective and what works for one person will not necessarily work for another. As for your roll-on bottles. I have a few. I never put them on my price list, but if you just want a couple to try, e-mail me privately. ----------------------- 's Garden Featuring fine essential oils, carrier oils, etc. http://www.vsgarden.com ----------------------- > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > >

Guest guest
Sometimes closing the drapes is the last thing on my mind. Just getting to the front door can be an issue. Peace, love, laughter Ahhhhh, youth! Yeppers, 35 years ago, our energies were ... different ..., too. But time, Parkinson's, fibromyalgia .... we got to a place where things (as well as attitudes!) are much more relaxed. And my drapes get closed!
