New fitness class! (nope, this is not spam)

Hi guys! Hope you are doing well. I know this has nothing to do with soap but

I know often conversations here do not. This is pretty last minute.. but some

of you know I have been taking a lot of hooping classes. Recently I finally got

certified to teach it (yay!) and I have found some space where I can teach for

the month of March. Im sending this note to invite you in the Rochester area to

come and try it if you like.

The details are that I am teaching a beginning HoopnoticaFit® class. It will

be up in the Sea Breeze Firehall. The address is 4657 Culver Rd. in

Irondequoit. Right across the street from the amusement park. Each Wednesday

afternoon in March from 1 to 2 pm. No hooping experience needed as I can get

ya going. The cost is only $6 and I will supply the hoops to use.

Drop in is fine but I appreciate a quick email at Shaye@... if you

know if you definatly want to come so I can be sure to have enough hoops. No

commitment to all four weeks. Bring water, comfortable clothing and non-slip

shoes.

Hooping burnes 400-600 calories an hour, and strengthens your core and is just

soo much fun to do!!!
