Guest guest
I use ginger root for any intestinal complaints, and it is a good deterrent for gas as well. I cook cabbage at least once of week for the whole family and none of us have problems. Perhaps those that are truly sensitive to it should not partake? I think there are homeopathic formulas out there for gas as well, but I am not sure what they are for adults. Something to look into maybe. Hello all, I've been trying to introduce more healthy foods into the family diet, but I'm getting objections on cabbage (and related items) because of the gas they tend to encourage in the gut. Are there (natural, healthy) ways to reduce this tendency? I'm making my own sauerkraut from the book Nourishing Traditions, for example. Is there a way to reduce problems there? Thanks!
