Guest guest Posted October 7, 2008 Report Share Posted October 7, 2008 Hello all,I've been trying to introduce more healthy foods into the family diet, but I'm getting objections on cabbage (and related items) because of the gas they tend to encourage in the gut. Are there (natural, healthy) ways to reduce this tendency? I'm making my own sauerkraut from the book Nourishing Traditions, for example.
