I hope everyone is well and warm. I made some coconut water keifer about a month ago and just found it in the back of my fridge. Does keifer water spoil? It looks okay, but don't know enough about the fermentation process to know if it is safe to drink after being in the fridge this long. I usually drink it within 7-10 days and it's still okay. I just use the coconut water by itself but wondered about throwing in some probiotic powder from a couple capsules. What do you put in your kefir? I am still alive to tell about it, so I would let your eyes and nose be the judge.
