Hello Wes,Yes, it can do scrambled eggs, but it is a terrible mess (almost impossible to clean the container after) and the texture is rather strange.I use the Vitamix to scramble my eggs and chop the veggies for my omelets and quiches (chop and scramble at the same time! :-) But I use a frying pan (or pie plate) to cook the eggs…
