I hope everyone is well and warm. I made some coconut water keifer about a month ago and just found it in the back of my fridge. Does keifer water spoil? It looks okay, but don't know enough about the fermentation process to know if it is safe to drink after being in the fridge this long. I usually drink it within 7-10 days and it's still okay.
