Guest guest
This isn't a alge source but here is a link to a melatonin that I've been using with good success. http://www2.healthyimmunity.com/Issue-19.html > Hi , Suzi and others, I tried to see your link and anything on melatonin for sleep and all I get is a rather blank page that said that message is unavailable for now? and a vegetable alge type one is a real interest to me someone said cacao? is that cocoa mispelled? > > thanks for any help > Rita >
Guest guest
Interestingly, if I eat chocolate at night, I surely sleep much better. I stopped eating chocolate a long time ago due to liver problems. Rena Re: melatonin Cacao is a stimulant and keeps my husband awake, if he eats it for dinner. I know a lot of people who are sensitive to this bean and cannot eat it any time. Shari
Guest guest
> my little guy is having so much trouble sleeping... we are waking up upwards of 5 times a night..he is also very teary.. not sure if it is because of exhaustion or that he doesn't want to go back to bed Because it is accompanied with " teary " or weepy, I would consider yeast overgrowth first, then phenol issues. http://www.danasview.net/yeast.htm http://www.danasview.net/phenol.htm Dana
