I just thought that I would point out the the virgin coconut oil is an

excellent, healthy cooking oil. I use it in place of shortening or butter

for baking, as well.

Safflower and sunflower oils performed extremely well, making a hard, white

bar of soap. They're inexpensive, also. :-)

Rice bran is another good sub for olive oil.
