re: mini carrots

I don't remember exactly where I read it, nor exactly what all was

said. So, for what it may be worth, it seems the problem is that the

mini carrots get soaked in some kind of solution before sale - was it

maybe chlorine? Which is why the white stuff forms on them if stored

for a short time. What I do remember was thinking I am not buying/

eating them any more!
