Exercise, fresh air...all help in "wearing you out" to sleep... A good cup of tea, with chamomile, hops, valerian, etc... help.. Check the files and messages for some "sleepy" tea recipes. We just pulverize it in our herb grinder, get the capsules out, and start stuffing. It's a family project when we capsule stuff. Even our 11 yr old gets into it. Peace, love, laughter P.S.
