Guest guest
Following up on Mitch's suggestion to blend sprouts: filled up a food chopper with clover sprouts and 4 oz of water. Results: the liquid using 3-4 day old sprouts that have turned green suppress my appetite for about 4 hours. Sprouts that haven't turned green don't have this effect. Super diet food, maybe? Guest guest
Glad to see that there is some use for my idea. I don't know how much nutrition is unlocked by normal digestion but at least you know your getting a hundred percent when blending. And As I like to say sprouts are easy to consume this way.
