I truly wish all of us to ignore any man-made products, which in turn will lead

us to the same situation, depending on big pharma, to replace it with depending

on big-greens,..etc

Why not go directly to God's vast kingdom of free products ? Really free.

I mean, for flu, eating raw onions and garlic with or without meals.

Using ginger directly on throat

Squeezing fresh lemon juice into the mouth several times in a day

Also adding hot pepper to drinks can protect throat 24/7

Just invent to be independent

Did you ever notice that when you blow in a dog's face, he gets mad at you, but when you take him for a car ride, he sticks his head out the window?

I put mine in tomato juice and it adds a bit of a spicy flavor but at least I can still take it that way.

Okay I knew all of that except the hot pepper in all drinks for the throat.

I'll have to give that a try. Dose it change the taste of the drink though?

Hot pepper or even black pepper makes life impossible for micro-organisms in the throat.

Naturally it'll add to the flavour, but I use it with honey, first thing in the morning, before going out in the cold.

Also I mix it with lemon juice, after heavy meals, to help stomach do better job.
