Guest guest
-- Try " FREEZE " dried Nettles! Super! Sara ------------------------------------ ** It's ALL good ! ** ------------------------------------ Hayfever Dear group, Does anyone have any good suggestions for hay fever ? I've been suffering with it quite badly for a few weeks, as I do now every year. I know Donna had success with Amalyse and I can appreciate the logic behind that. I've been taking large doses of Dr Bormann's enzyme complex capsules for a few weeks but without improvement despite Amalyse content of 22,400 DU per 2 capsules. I even megadosed for the initial week taking about 30 per day between meals. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

With BTD I got rid of my chronic sinus and occasional asthma, but the seasonal hayfever persists. I suppose I can't eliminate the inhalation of dust and pollen through eating hey? Can I take antihistamines or is there something natural that will do the job? >> I was told that the best thing for allergy or hayfever was to eat a teaspoon of local area honey everyday. Guest guest
You could try pantothenic acid (B5), works for my sinuses. Emmi
Guest guest
When hayfever attacks During this time of the year, ragweed pollen often makes life miserable for those suffering from allergies, particularly hay fever. But don't despair. There are nutritional supplements, as well as things that you can do to help ease the discomforts of hay fever. Change your clothes and wash your hair after spending time outdoors to avoid bringing the irritant inside the house. Pollen sticks to your clothes and hair. Use an air purifier in your home and office. There are mini, personal air purifiers on the market that are worn around the neck. Insert special allergy air filters in the central air conditioning and heating system of your home. Pets should either be kept indoors or outdoors when suffering from hay fever. Fur collects pollen, and pets can carry it inside the house. Foods rich in magnesium are helpful in thwarting a hay fever attack. A university in Germany discovered that eating three bananas was found to stop an attack of hay fever. Eating yogurt daily was found by the University of California to reduce hay fever attacks. Co-enzyme Q10, often referred to as COQ10, is a natural supplement that improves oxygenation and immunity. In her book, Prescription for Nutritional Healing, Phyllis Balch, CNC, suggests taking a dosage of 30 mg twice daily. Those with chronic hay fever should spend as little time outside as possible when pollen levels are high. Check your local weather report daily; many broadcasts include a pollen report.
