Guest guest
Kathy, Krysti has been put on .5 Klonopin for about 3 weeks now. Her zoloft is upped to 150 mg. She has totally taken a turn down since. Her depression has become great. She doesn't leave her room and has so many new compulsions. Her and I walk every evening and she talks but not in a very happy way. I called the Dr. today and she told us to get her off the Klonopin right away. Krysti is so upset because she has a routine w/ her meds and now says she won't sleep tonight. She started crying which is about every other hour now. I do believe it is the Klonopin. Has anyone else experienced this? We also have had a person staying w/ us (friend-nice) for 3 weeks until they can get a vehicle. I know this has upset her routine. The thing is he is never here until late because he farms after work. She really likes him and they do a lot together w/ her sister. We have said he must go by this weekend. It is so hard because he has been a lot of fun, but because of her ocd it can not go on. I don't feel we are helping her boss back. There is no waxing/waning it is just at the bottom. I am holding it together, but it is so sad to see. Any suggestions on a relaxant med such as Klonopin? I am lost as how to help her. I am working on not enabling her, but nothing seems to cheer her up. Not depressed as in (die) but so down (tears) constant. Thanks for listening.
