shelling mung bean sprouts?

Hi -- I'm new to the group, and have just started

sprouting again after many years. I'm using mung beans, and this

time, not just eating them raw, but cooking with them, too.

It takes so long to get the green mung bean " shells " off the sprouts

in order to cook with them in soups, or other dishes. Does anyone

have a quick way to clean them? It took me more than a half-hour this

morning to get the shells off a cup-full of sprouts!
