Thanks for all the great responses to my hissy fit this morning and I do apologize. Candace said exactly what I have experienced or what I have observed. There is no voice inflection nor facial expressions to go along with email.

On to the next crisis.......................like what can I do about candida in my dogs' armpits? Poor guy has been plagued with it his entire life and it seems to be much worse this summer. Any suggestions are welcomed.
