You can use your Vitamix and do it this way: http://zomtbakes.blogspot.com/2010/06/raw-natural-sweetener-date-syrup.htmlOr, you can just place dates in water in a mason jar in the fridge and they will disintegrate (you can then easily stir them with a spoon)!As the writer above mentioned, you can make your date syrup as thick or as runny as you like by adjusting the amount of the water.
