Guest guest
If it is that raw and painful, a salve of some kind is warranted and the possibility of a secondary bacterial infection suspected. Powder with some menthol or tea tree in it can help prevent human skin irritations of the yeast variety. Change of diet of course is necessary to see results. I suggest baking soda because believe it not it has great healing qualities, it helps keep the area dry and best of all it does not sting like ACV would. You can see results of baking soda within days. I had candida under my breasts and I would never consider putting it on that raw painful area. Guest guest
There are two things i have used both on myself and on my dogs with good results: Hot spots -(Guido I have issues with eczema - so yes i get hot spots LOL) A dab of lavender oil mixed with a tiny drop of Grapefruit seed extract. It stings, but only for a second. I see results on the dogs within 24 hours. For areas that have become raw - Plantain and Goldenseal Salve by Gaia Herbs. This is an awesome, awesome salve! This is what got me through last years horrific bought of body rash and i have used this on kitties and dogs. I thought i had mentioned this before in my first response to Shari? I give the dogs a dose of Pro-biotic about one or 2 times per month, i just hide a capsule in their food. I also sprinkle plant enzymes on their food once per week as well as a TBlsp of Cod liver oil. Their smart and they have healthy guts ) Syl > > If it is that raw and painful, a salve of some kind is warranted and the > possibility of a secondary bacterial infection suspected.
