Guest guest
Hello all, I felt I should pass this information to you in case it helps some one. My 5 year old delayed-myelin son, NetChild, had been taking Zoloft for the past couple of weeks to help with some behaviors that appear to be OCD according to his ped. neuro. Since he started taking Zoloft, he has been doing some really good jumping. He started by hopping down the stairs one at a time. He then went to holding on the railing and hopping two steps at a time. Last week, without holding onto anything, he jumped from the 3rd step (counting from bottom) to the bottom of the stairs. Today he jumped from the fourth step all the way to the bottom. He is doing this all on his own without any request from us. I definitely think this increased energy has to do with the Zoloft. I am not into pushing meds on anyone, but I felt some people may want to investigate this with their doctors if they feel it may be relevant to them.
