Guest guest
Thanks for the " dial " suggestion, and thanks so much for sharing that Tom also has the OCD obsession/compulsion about getting things, receiving gifts. This has been driving me nuts for months, it seemed Kel had made up her own brand of OCD, as I never read of this symptom, heard it discussed, etc. I had posted in the past about her " no good things can happen to her " obsessive idea (this is how she describes it) but of course getting gifts and presents is a good thing and I should have just said that. She was miserable last Christmas, when asked by family members what she wanted, she would specify things she already owned, or things she doesn't enjoy (ie Barbie dolls.) I couldn't figure this out, it was much later she told me this was a deal she made with OCD, she could have the " fun " of opening presents so long as what was inside was disappointing. Yuck. :-( Kathy R. in Indiana ----- Original Message ----- From: " W.
