Guest guest
My wife uses one of those. I use a water filled pillow, and my neck and head muscle stress headaches almost completely disappeared. I asked a woman today about this at my exercise class and she said that her chiroprator recommends a special foam pillow with a conture that rises toward the top and gently recedes in the neck area. She sleeps right in the center of this pillow and said her neck is just fine now because of the pillow, he said to get rid of it after a year because the foam is no longer as good and worn out? she pays for a new one yearly for $50 bucks. what do you think about this?thanks Rita>> Effective Natural Treatments for Tension Headaches>
Guest guest
You can find these pillows all over... and yes they do work but you have to get used to it... it took me awhile.. but once you get used to it you don't wake up with a "stiff neck" Suzi Suzi List Owner health/ http://360./suziesgoats What is a weed? Guest guest
Hi Syl, I too suffer from clenching and grinding. (I have broken several teeth over the years.) I use a gel type of guard called Sleep Right that costs $40. Also, saw a good review for another gel type guard called Dentek that is a little cheaper at $25. Bless all of us teeth clenchers/grinders!!! I've been reading about the great developments in re-growing teeth using stem cell technology. Sounds like it won't be long before it's available and they say it will be cheaper/safer than dental implants! I'm saving my money and can't wait. Yippee! Peace on earth. Cheryl Re: Tension headaches Yeah, i sometimes wake myself up clenching, luckily not chomping or grinding!but i need a refit and no $$$ :(and the store bought things dont work/fit well.syl>> I can't sleep without my biteguard!> > Shari>
