Guest guest
This is very odd indeed! I came here and piggy backed on Suzi's post and it didn't show up! This is what I sent to the person who asked for info off site. I hope it will get across what I sent the first time, as I have no copy of it at all! I only wish they had this before I got it! I reached a stage number to high for the vaccine to work, and was diagnosed with High grade pre cancerous cetvical dysplasia 3 years ago. And I have to go to the OBGYN to have biopsy's done that are so painful, that I opt for D & C's instead! I had asked my srep daughter if she would get it, and a few of my younger friends that were diagnosed in the very early stages were able to get them. This is a VERY quiet cancer...NO symptoms, and if you miss one pap appointment, it can cost a girl her life! I am pro for this...I live with the facts that I have to now because something like this was not available at the time. I'm sorry to " shout it out " ...but I know all about NOT having had this type of protection. karly **Still knowing what I know about the shots, I would rather take the risk than live with the fear of any day this can turn into cancer before I make it to my next appointment. My next one is April 3rd and I told her that I cannot possibly go through another biopsy, so I will have a sonogram done before my pap. Thats okay, but not nearly as conclusive as a biopsy is. I am tired of this fear and will be talking to her about having a complete hysterectomy if there are any suspiscions or doubt. I am 44 and have never had any children either. This has been a lose lose situation for me, and only can guess at how many other woman? I sure hope this one goes through!** Thanks, karly in Texas
