maybe you're allergic. I just found out I am allergic to broccoli. You can be

allergic to anything. Anyways, broccoli is a man-made genetically modified food,

it is hybrid of cauliflower and asparagus so maybe the huan body has not had

time to adapt to such a new species yet. Just a thought.

Broccoli is not on the original protocol list, but I ate it, as well as zucchini, and had no adverse effects. I also mixed vegetables and still lost weight. Others may have had different results, but I experimented a little with common sense items. I ate water-packed tuna and stayed away from beef. Hi Debbie, those are amazing results. Just curious did you have a lot of weight to lose or were you aiming for around 27 lbs?

Ok that's good to hear. I've been averaging about .5 per day but I was reading some posts where people are losing 1 -2 lbs per day and I was starting to wonder why I wasn't seeing the same results.
