Guest guest
Rita, try this link to a search. there were several articles that pointed to the same info about Meatonin occuring in plants: Feverfew, St 's Scullcap and Chinese Scullcap. There is also melatonin in some food stuff, such as rice and other grains, and while i saw mention of Algea, no specific type of Algea was listed. Confirming other comments on Cacao, these are the raw bean pods that Chocolate comes from and i do not believe eating these would help with sleep as the raw checmical that comes from Chocolate or cacao is related to coffee - methylxanthanines i believe they are called - so i would steer clear of that one. Guest guest
Thanks for the help Sylvia, my doctor suggested that it was a matter of mind over matter in other words learn to relax more and forget worries will induce sleep but like bad habits it too needs to be repeated from time to time.. I will try your suggestions too. Rita --- In health , " Sylvia " <h10feet@...>
