In the last few days I have been experiancing lower leg non-pitting edema in my

legs.I think it may be due to sitting at computer all day and not getting any

exercise. (I live in the upstairs of a house so I have vey little room to move

around.) Anyway,I have also had mild headaches and a little dizziness. Is there

any thing I can diruretic i can use at home to get rid of this? Keep in mind it

has to be something I have on hand. Thank you.

Celery is supposed to be a diurectic. Lots of water to flush the system... and NO salt.

What is a weed? A plant whose virtues have not yet been discovered.

Onion is another diuretic. Eat it raw. In fruits, watermelon and grapes work well also.
