Guest guest
it's also a recommendation in TCM to avoid drinking cold drinks... what is discussed here is a practical reason why NOT to drink cold drinks! Guest guest
I do drink cold water when it is in the 100s here. Then I swear I can crunch the water in my teeth. It crackles without ice. The taste is totally different from warm or cool water. I am on a good tasting well, so the water is like a food.
