Guest guest
I think you are onto something here. I have the same issue with super cold liquids and rarly ice anything, and IF I do, very few cubes. I typically drink my water at room temp and if it is juice that i have refrigerated, i surely dont add ice. Hurts the tummy, teeth and who wants brain freeze???? Beside, when water is super cold, i dont think you can taste it's yumminess? Does that make sense? Maybe because it is so cold, all i sense is the cold and wet? Excellent call Gayla! Only when it is in the 100's here...then a cold drink is welcome. Even in summertime I drink warm water sometimes. You would be surprised what a difference it makes. > We are taught to drink cold drinks. YUM! > > good point, tho... thanks for your input! 48oz of 40-50deg smoothie can take some energy to warm up... wasted energy that can be better spent. <sigh> the economy of energy! > > thx! > Kelvin >
