Guest guest
I just read the article, and i think the concept means well, but this may be because they are hoping to help people who dont normally look at the types of food they are eating. for a group like us, most of us have done some research and continue to read and learn about what makes our bodies go and thrive from a holistic standpoint, versus the drones out there who have not yet been enlightened. The Theories explained do kind of make sense, and knowing what i know now after several years of trial & Error and reading etc, the idea is misleading because utlimately they are just trying to help people understand that its the TYPE of food that they eat that maters vesus the AMOUNT or Caloric Value of the foods they are eating. But as i said, i think most of here realize that already. I did like seeing the concept however about Leptin resistance because i do understand that as compared to insulin resistance. Seems to make sense. I may check out Rosedales book and see what it has to offer?
