I just got back from the herb shop and have all of the ingredients for the Liver Tea. Can't wait to try it. The herbalist mixed it all up for me right on the spot. She thought this was a great tea mix!!! Thanks for your help.

Hey Cheryl,

I still take Milk Thistle for my liver. I capsule my own and take a couple in the morning, a couple around noon-ish, and at least one at night.
