OK.... So my plan of attack has been kombucha by mouth... enemas by ~well you

know~. Figured I'd get my guts from both ends.

So after doin dozens of enemas I can STILL only get about a cup in at a time and

holding it is out of the question.

As if that's not odd enough.... 2 nights ago I did another enema and then last

night ALMOST 24 HOURS LATER I felt like I had to ~go~ and let out a bunch of

water. Uuuuum. That can't be normal right!? How does water get trapped for 24

hours!?!?
