*ZEUS JUICE

*1/2 c. pineapple juice

1/2 large carrot

1/2 large celery stick

1/4 c. water

1 1/2 c. ice

Blend all ingredients and water first;

add ice and blend for 1 or 2 more minutes.

*SUN JUICE*

1 whole orange

1/2 c. apple juice

1 teaspoon of vanilla

1 tablespoon honey

1 1/2 c. of ice

Blend all ingredients together for 1 to 2 minutes.

*SPIRIT JUICE*

1/2 large carrot or 1 medium carrot

1 1/2 c. apple juice

3/4 c. ice

Blend carrot and apple juice together first;

then add the ice and blend for

1 to 2 more minutes.

*MOON JUICE*

1 1/2 c. grapes

1 segment of lime

1c. of ice

Blend all ingredients together for 1 to 2 minutes.

*BLISS*

1 carrot

1 c. apple juice

1 quarter sized slice of ginger

1 1/2 c. of ice

Blend carrot, apple juice and ginger

together first; then add the ice and

blend for 1 to 2 minutes longer.

*TWILIGHT*

3/4 c. apple juice

1/4 of a lemon

3/4 c. strawberries

1 1/2 c. of ice

Blend all ingredients together for 1 to 2 minutes.

*TRUTH*

1 1/2 c. apple juice

1 celery stick

6 leaves of spinach

1 tablespoon honey

1 1/2 c. of ice

Blend apple juice, celery, spinach

and honey together first; then add

ice and blend for 1 to 2 more

minutes on high.

*COSMIC*

1 lemon

3/4 c. strawberries

1 tablespoon sugar

1 1/2 c. of ice

Blend all ingredients together for 1 to 2 minutes.

*GALAXY*

1 whole orange

1/4 c. papaya juice concentrate

1/4 banana

1 quarter sized slice of ginger

1 1/2 c. of ice

Blend all ingredients together for 1 to 2 minutes.

*CELESTIAL JUICE*

1 c. green grapes

1 whole canned pears (2 halves)

1 1/2 tablespoons of pear juice

1 teaspoon of dried mint leaves

1 1/2 c. of ice

Blend all ingredients together for 1 to 2 minutes.

*PIXIE*

3/4 c. raspberries

1/2 lemon

1 1/2 tablespoon of sugar

1/4 c. water

1 1/2 c. of ice

Blend all ingredients together for 1 to 2 minutes.

*CRANBERRY CRUSH*

3 tablespoon of whole cranberries

1 orange

3/4 c. apple juice

1 1/2c. ice

Blend all ingredients together for 1 to 2 minutes.

*COOL CRAN MAN*

3/4 c. lemon

1/2 c. cranberry sauce

1/2 c. water

1 T. honey

1 chunk ginger

1 c. ice

Blend all ingredients together for

1 to 2 minutes

*ECLIPSE*

1 c. frozen cherries

1/2 c. strawberries

3/4 c. apple juice

1 c. ice

Put all ingredients in the blender and blend for

1 to 2 minutes.

*THE COMET*

1/2 c. whole cranberries

1/4 of a lime

1 c. grapes

1 tablespoon of sugar

1/2 c. ice

Put all ingredients in the blender and blend for 1 to 2 minutes.

*PB 2*

1 heapin? tablespoon-o-peanut butter

1 1/2 c. frozen vanilla yogurt

1 cup of soy milk

1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup

1 heapin? scoop of Soy Protein Powder

1/2 c. of ice if the yogurt is not hard enough.

Put all ingredients in the blender and blend for

1 to 2 minutes.

*OXYGEN*

1 shot of wheatgrass

1 1/2 oranges

1/2 of a lime

1 c. ice

Put all ingredients in the blender and

blend for 1 to 2 minutes.

*NECTAR*

1/4 c. papaya concentrate

1 1/2 full oranges

1/2 c. pineapple chunks/juice

1 c. ice

Put all ingredients in the blender and blend for

1 to 2 minutes.

*DREAM*

1/2 c. apple juice

5 slices of frozen peach

1/4 c. strawberries

1/2 c. plain yogurt

Dash cinnamon

1/2 c. ice

Put all ingredients in the blender and

blend for 1 to 2 minutes.

*DUSK*

1/2 c. cubed cantaloupe

1/2 c. apple juice

10 frozen cherries

1/8 c. frozen raspberries

1/2 c. ice

Put all ingredients in the blender and

blend for 1 to 2 minutes.

*CLOUD*

1/2 c. plain yogurt

3 tablespoons instant pistachio pudding mix

(does not contain gelatin.)

1 riper ? looking banana

1/2 c. soy milk

1/2 c. ice (or more if not cold enough)

Put all ingredients in the blender and blend for 1 to 2 minutes.

*ORBIT

*1/2 c. cranberries

1/2 c. yogurt

2 T. frozen lemonade concentrate

1/2 c. apple juice

1/2 c. grapes

2 T. grape nuts

1 T. honey

1/2 c. ice

Blend all ingredients together for 1 to 2 minutes.

*BERRY BABY*

3/4 c. oranges

1/2 c. raspberries

3/4 c. frozen yogurt

1 T. wheat germ

1/2 c. soy milk

ice if needed

Blend all ingredients together for 1 to 2 minutes

*ODYSSEY*

1 c. vanilla frozen yogurt

3/4 c. soy milk

1/4 tsp. almond extract or 3 T. almond butter

2 scoops protein powder

1/4 c. chocolate syrup

1/4 c. ice

put all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 or 2 minutes.
