Are you able to get the ingredients and make the formulas yourself Rik?

I make my own IT formulas #1 & #2 as well as several other fomrulas and teas -

much more economical too!

I am not sure if Mountain Rose or Herbal COm ship internationally?

hi silvia, i might be able to find the herbs, but i have such a busy life that i

just don't want to bother with all of that, all i want is to find a good source

where i can buy ready to go stuff, i don't mind to pay a little extra, it just

has to be powerful. i have tried some other stuff and i'm not too excited about

it, i remember trying dr Shillington formulas, it blew me away, worked like a

charm (O; haha. lot of natural healing websites don't seem to accept paypal,

this is how i get my money accross if i need something overseas. thanks, rik
