What is a weed? A plant whose virtues have not yet been discovered.

Hello, I again started taking the cayenne pepper and water again when Ihad an idea.Wife was getting spicy V8, so I poured some into a juice glass, addedcayenne pepper and turmeric. Not bad.Ran out of V8, had a (cough) can of tomato juice, tried a glass of thiswith 1/8 tsp cayenne, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/8 tsp garlic, 1/8 tsp onionand 1/8 tsp black pepper. Yummy. I was thinking ginger also butcouldn't locate it.I am feeling somewhat more lively, and the arthritis in my hands haslessened a great deal.I might be off my oxygen during the night now too, but I think thedoctors nurse misread the test. I'm off it during the day now, apparently the doctor I fired had prescribed a blood pressure diureticwhich effected my oxygen levels, then tested for oxygen because I wasfalling asleep all the time, said I had COPD and prescribed oxygen 24hrsa

day. So after a bit more than a year this, I had quit the bloodpressure medicine, my new doctor had me tested and said I don't need theoxy, said it was the medicine, gave me a script for other stuff (which Ido not take either)So this is why I'm taking the cayenne and turmeric etc. for bloodpressure, arteries, heart, leg circulation etc.I love that stuff.I have another quart of Super Tonic, I tinctured 2 quarts last winter.I love that stuff also. I've used it in cooking also. Just about timeto make a couple more quarts. Straining it was a pain. I have to finda better way. Lack of appropriate tools I think was the biggest thing.------------------------------------

No I haven't tried complete tonic. I have made super tonic, nearly a

gallon of it :) need to add the turmeric next batch. Wonder if I can

find the whole root?

I love super tonic. I sneak it into cooking on occasion.
