OOPS, sorry everyone, i was offline for a few days.

Sorry Kelvin and Shari, i did mispeak and Total Tonic is not an antibiotic and

Anne was quick to fix my erorr in that it has PROPERTIES. Just like CS or

Grapefurit Seed Extract are not Antibitoics but have properties (all three

superior to antibiotics i must say).

And also to confirm what Anne was saying, i have never had an issue with any

imbalance of flora being killed off, but also take probiotics daily, in addition

to a few gulps of Kombucha or some yogurt weekly, in fact in the old days when i

did do Antibiotics, iw as sure to have icky results due to flora kill-off, and i

never have those issues now.

Gayla In regard to the wiff of it when cracking a 3 or 6 month brew, you better

believe it! In fact you can still smell it in the room like even an hour or

more later! (must peel the paint or something :o) )

I dont take it daily anymore, but have some at least once a month. When i do, i

have mine in a little splash of OJ which makes it go down fairly smooth.

Dressing wise... i toss a little tonic in the blender with some almonds and a

little basil or oregano, blend till smooth (add few drops of water if needed)

for a spicy and healthy salad dressing!

Hope everyone had a nice weekend! Syl

antibiotic qualities but does not kill good bacteria in the gut.

line here many years ago.....since the very beginning.  I alos drink Kombucka

and eat yogurt and other good stuff.  No problem for me so far.
