Guest guest
I finally got around to printing this out for my wife. There seems to be some incorrect information. It says to massage downward; the lymphadema clinic says massage upward, and this is the direction of pressure the wraps apply is upward; since the idea is to move the fluid in the legs upwards and out. Then again they are not trying to remove any blockage at the clinic, nothing about blockage has ever been mentioned. And of course it tells her nothing she loves to eat is to be eaten so there is much resistance there.
