Hi Team,

I think I managed to poison myself 4 days ago and wondering what some of you

might recommend beyond what I am doing to support healing. First, I have been

taking mega doses of vitamin c and msm for past few weeks. Also have been

drinking liver tea and taking milk thistle during that time.

Then 5 days ago, decided to try a cold coffee drink with liquid minerals, raw

powdered cacao, powdered cordyceps, protein powder, and raw honey. Tasted great

and no problem. The next day, made the same drink but added quite a big scoop of

cordyceps. I sipped on it slowly over the next four hours.

Then, blam, it hit me so hard I started getting cold sweats, some shaking and

severe nausea. Within the next couple of hours, I had violent vommiting, diahrea

(sp?) and severe stomach/liver pain. I am still sick with nausea, diahrea, and

pain that I think is coming from the liver.

Thought I was getting better yesterday, but then had a bad night. I'm eating

very little, not even much water. Not taking any medications, but continuing

milk thistle. I figure it's just best to let it purge out of my system. I'm

starting to get my strength back, but couldn't even sit up for long first 2

days.

I assume it's a result of the high dose of cordyceps and/or it possibly

triggered some kind of severe detox. Any suggestions or comments? Will

definately be careful with the medicinal mushrooms from now on! (By the way,

cordyceps are suppose to be rejuvinating for the liver.) Thanks for any

thoughts.

Cheryl

Peace on earth.
