Oil pulling

i have been doing it with sesame seed oil but tend to not do it often enough to say if it works, i will start it up again, i'll do anything.

I started-it along-with the MMS, and-have been-getting great results.

I don't-know which-is effecting healing, and-at what level, just-want my life-back!

Also, doing some "Quantum Touch", and "The Healing Codes" as they amplify/redirect Chi energy, so nothing-to-buy, and can't-harm.

What kind of oil did you use, and how did you use it? MEaning, how long

each session, how many sessions per day, and for what period/length of time?

I know this topic has been talked about in

the group before, but I’d like to ask the opinions of people that have

tried “oil pulling” (Plus, search is down and I’m

being told it will be for at least two more days, unfortunately)

but it is basically swishing food grade

oil in your mouth for 20 minutes every morning, then spitting it out. The oil

is supposed to thin down and pull toxins from the body, repair teeth and gums,

etc.

If anyone has an opinion I’d like to

hear it, please.

Evidently I wasn’t clear in my

original post. I know what it is, know how to do it, know what it supposedly

does, so google isn’t going to tell me anything I don’t already know.

I was asking for the opinions of the people in this group that have done oil

pulling before – I wanted their take on how it worked, if it worked, what

they thought, etc.
