i've seen coconut oil on the shelves at wholefoods... aloe i've seen both on shelves and fridge.40deg won't kill nutrients... but if they shipped it room temp, you could prolly leave it at room temp anyway.

however, opened... i dunno... at least the aloe i'm not sure of (google it).coconut oil doesn't go rancid i think i recall reading... longer shelf life.Kelvin

Same for the aloe juice. I'd imagine that needs to be refrigerated!? Or would the cold kill the nutrients!?

Refrigerate aloe. You don't have to refrigerate coconut oil. It will become liquid, however if you live in a warm climate. It becomes liquid at 78 degrees F.
