IF you are up to it a fast would be my suggestion. Boutenko, www.rawfamily.com , used to say to fast if you are sick or depressed. For me, I have found this to be beneficial. HOWEVER, I have never fasted after such a traumatic experience as yours. I did experience multiple miscarriages before having two successful pregnancies, but was not in the "healthy mode" I am now. I didn't know anything about being healthy and certainly nothing about fasting.

Rest and doing nothing would go along with the fasting. If you are not working I would highly suggest you look into fasting for at least 24 hours to start and take it from there.

I am so sorry for your loss.

1 Tbsp salt (non-iodized) in 2 cups of warm water. Dissolve and douche with

this. You can do it as many times as you feel you need, depending on what it

flushes out.
