Jill has a group " critterfiles " that has a lot of good info docs on

it. She thoughtfully added me. I didn't want to join at first because I thought

it was going to be all her spooky bug videos! But there are a lot of good

recipes and protocols up there.

LOL that so funny, the videos spook me out too because I only have bird mites

(only...lol) and get freaked out by the wierd stuff. KJ is a great organizer of

info. I wish she would setup a file, it should be named the Rita files, for she

gave one of the best things I ever read on here, next to Bessie's of using sea

salt. Rita said to follow only succesful protocols. There is a growing number of

those on here that are very hard to find using the search function. I think

having too much stuff posted that isn't a " successful protocol " but only for

maintenance and survival makes it very hard to find a way to attack and knock

out these bugs.

We also need an area here, in this sites files, that newbies can jump into and

hopefully will save them several months of the agony that we have gone through,

by easily finding a safe protocol to jump into. I hope to soon post a body safe,

successful prototcol here soon, thanks to many bug ass kickers on here

Wow, y'all, I had no idea the videos were having that effect on so many

of you!

Here's what I did: I deleted all my videos from critterfiles. You will

only find a link to them where they are on youtube, so there

is no chance you will just stumble into them while poking around the

library. There are also links to some others such as Trish's Body Bugs

video, but not the video itself.

So come on in and crosspost your favorite protocols, and I will pick

them up and add them to the permanent library.

Then let's come back here to pick up the dialog that makes this site so

uniquely wonderful.

Hi Cam,

I can open the files now. Go figure. I don't know what went wrong. I was giving

someone info on the files then realized I couldn't open them myself. My fracture

is fine I guess. I mean, if I hadn't had teh scan, I never would have known it

was there. I will belly up to the bar in a few more months and have new xrays

done to see what is what. Happy Easter Week.

You should be able to delete any file you posted. Look to the right of where the

file is posted and you should see the option to edit or delete it.

different user. I see it now. Thanks!

Hi ,

Welcome to the group. Most of the information from the files has been moved over

to Bee's website. It's more easily accessible and searchable there. Please take

some time to check it out!

Hello! Sometimes the net is too busy and when you click on the link you can see

the words " Error " and " Unfortunately right now our servers are overloaded and we

have no more download slots left for non-members. Of course you can also try

again later. "

This doesn't mean that you'll not manage to open them at all!Just try another

time--I'd advise to download books early in the morning OR very late at night--

when the Net is not so overloaded!!--then you can download as a FREE USER

without any problem.

Hi nne - I am sorry to hear that Pete is now showing the

signs and symptoms of hypothyroidism, though I think we expected this at some

stage. I have put both the symptoms and signs into a Word doc. and attached it

here. Do you need to download Adobe 9 - this will then open pdf files.

I can't find it. I know I couldn't before, and found it somehow, but can't

remember.......

In our Files section, we used to have a Nerve Sedative Formula. It is no longer

there. If I had my old computer hard drive, I have it saved there, but that's

not an option at this point. Does anyone out there in HAWK land have a copy of

it?

There is one similar in the files, but it isn't quite the same. I'm looking for

the old one.

Anyone???

Been there, done that, got the tee shirt. The original formula isn't there. I looked for it about a year ago, and asked HAWK-ers to help find it. I eventually got someones doc of it, which I saved. Unfortunately, the computer hard drive it is on is in Denver, and has more than likely been " purged for my own good " by my daughter, in whose possession all of our property lies, and by whom a lot of our stuff was disposed of " for our own good " .

I'll make due.

Nerve Formula:

1 part Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa)

1 part Cayenne (Capsicum frutescens; C. minimum)

1 part Hops flowers (Humulus lupulus)

1 part Lady's slipper root (Cypripedium calceolus var. pubescens)

1 part Lobelia (Lobelia inflata)

1 part Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora)

1 part Valerian (Valeriana officinalis)

1 part Wood betony (Stachys officinalis)

1 part Mistletoe (Viscum album)

This formula is great for relieving nervous tension and insomnia. It is mildly stimulating and yet lessens the irritability and excitement of the nervous system, and also lessens or reduces pain. This formula contains herbs that feed and revitalize the motor nerve at the base of the skull (medulla area and upper cervicals), and also herbs that help rebuild or feed the spinal cord. This group of herbs will also rebuild the frayed nerves sheath, the nerve itself, and its capillaries.

Dosage: For adult's use would be one to three cups of the tea, or two or three capsules, or 15 to 30 drops of hte slycerine based extract, three times a day, taken with a cup of celery juice or steam-distilled water.

Taken from the "School of Natural Medicine" by Dr. R.

Don't forget, B-Vitamins are the fuel that your entire nervous system runs on and constantly needs to repair itself. This is why I made every patient I put on the Nerve Formula take a double dosage of SuperFood. The B & B formula (which is similar with less ingredients)

Consists of equal parts black cohosh, blue cohosh, blue vervain, skullcap and lobelia. The additional ingredients were added later.

I think I might have that actually printed up on paper from a few years ago. If you'll give a day or two to find it I'll post it to the group. If I find it that is.
