I don't agree with Suzie that this is safe because it is used on the skin. Transdermal applications of med, vitamins, etc. work well because they are absorbed into the blood stream. If you can't eat it, don't wear it.

A simple solution without mixing and safe and easy, healing, moisterizing and cleansing is RAW honey preferably pesticide free. Yup, just spread it on your face, wait for 3 minutes and the rinse off with luke warm water and pat dry. It feels great.

If your're concerned that it might get in your hair, not to worry...honey is a great conditioner for your hair also.

Thanks Anne... I wasn't keen on the sugar but figured it might be okay on the skin... I'm glad you gave an alternative.

Cheryl, this started with Suzi's post of facial sugar scrub. Being a person of known bravery and adverturousness, I tried it. Not again.
