Guest guest
An allergy is basically a disorder of the immune system, due to exposure to the above mentioned sources. Thewhite blood cells “overreact†by a type of antibody, knownas IgE (= Immunoglobulin E), which results in an inflam-matory reaction. Allergies can be to some extent alsohereditary in nature. How can I strengthen my immune system tohelp lessen allergy symptoms?Using Regular Manuka Honey on a daily basis as sugarreplacement in warm tea, on toast, or just a teaspoononce or twice a day, seems to significantly help streng-then the immune system all naturally. The Regular Manuka Honey naturally destroys staphylo-coccus and streptococcus, the bacteria typically involvedin sore throats, colds and sinus infections. The strongerthe immune system, the less likely you will experiencethese common illnesses over time.Is there a natural remedy for seasonal allergiesthat works?Yes. Look for LOCAL honey, to help with your LOCALseasonal allergy symptoms. Look for a honey sourcedfrom a MIX of local wild flowers, for best allergy symptomrelief. The honey has to be pure, raw, natural and UN-pasteurized. Unlike Milk, that has to be pasteurized forsafe usage, honey is just the opposite, it needs to beUN-pasteurized to be most beneficial. In un-pasteurized honey, the enzymes are alive andwell, meaning they are capable of destroying “badbacteriaâ€, while leaving the “good bacteria†alone. How does eating local wildflower honey helpwith my seasonal allergy symptoms?Honey contains nectar from local wild flowers, convertedinto honey by the bees, a little pollen, that many ofus are allergic to, and other natural ingredients.Similar like immunizations, if you eat a little pure, raw, natural, unpasteurized local wild flower honey daily, yourbody naturally builds antibodies that will be capableof “tackling†the pollen flying around in the air duringpollen season. How do you know its pollen season? If you park your car outdoors on a pollen rich day, look at your car, it will be covered in a yellow “dustâ€,that is pollen! So, if you eat a little pure raw natural LOCAL wild honeythat has been collected in the geographical area whereyou live, your body will recognize and combat the next“pollen attackâ€, leaving you with a lot less itchy eyesand less runny nose. Basically the receptors in the body will recognize the“intruders†and “block themâ€, which results in you beingvirtually allergy symptom free – just by eating localhoney AND strengthening your immune system at thesame time by eating a healthy balanced diet, moderateexercise and using Regular Manuka Honey for every daysweetening needs to help boost the immune system. What dosage do you recommend to eat local wildflower honey, to help reduce seasonal allergysymptoms? 1-2 TEAspoons per day throughout the ENTIRE year.Take 1 TEAspoon in the morning and 1 TEAspoon inthe evening. You may eventually get away with justtaking 1 TEAspoon per day, but that depends on theintensity of your current allergy symptoms and pollenseason, which can vary greatly from year to year. How long will it take to notice allergy symptomrelief, when eating locally grown honey? It will take some time. Once you have eaten LOCALwildflower honey about 1-2 TEAspoons per day for 1 fullyear, hopefully the following allergy season will be A LOTbetter for you, with less red, itchy eyes, sneezing, coughing, and less days missed at work… Suzi List Owner health What is a weed? Guest guest
Milk is not nutritious when pasteurized, so it's about the same. Of course the farming and herding practices in agri-business is foul and filthy so milk un-pasteurized from a large dairy could be deadly. Even pasteurized [killed] milk is not all that clean, I avoid milk.
