American ginseng has more "cooling" properties, which make it valuable for fever and respiratory tract disorders. Asian ginseng has "heating" properties, which are good for improving circulation. Suzi Ginko and ginseng are great for increasing blood flow to the brain, thereby aiding in the function of memory! On another note, that this post got me thinking about: Would this be considered herbal "medicine", or an herbal "remedy"? What's the difference, in all of your opinions, between the two?
