Guest guest
The body's immune system will be better to protection from the virus or disease attacks than the use of the mask, hand sanitizer or other protections. The spreading of modern illness can be prevented by building our immune system with natural foods and supplements. What natural foods and supplement are included ? Guest guest
I would say what NOT to eat to boost your immune system is sugar - all sugar, even the fake sugars. Plus eliminate wheat and dairy, and you're on your way to a healthier immune system. Add more organic raw fruits and veggies. Personally, I also add to my diet - plant-based enzymes, probiotics, wholefood antioxidants, wholefood supplements. Guest guest
I have heard wheat and milk are rather common allergies. I indulge in wheat bread, whole wheat, the white bread is disgusting though I grew up on it. There are many flour alternatives to wheat, anyone have experience with these? I have attempted to make sprouted wheat bread called Essene bread and didn't have much luck with it, I do not know why, maybe I sprouted way too long.
