Guest guest
Pomegranate Health Benefits:The pomegranate is hot. And for good reason. It's naturally high in polyphenol antioxidants, which can help your body's cells resist damage from free radicals, which affect everything from aging to cancer. In fact, pomegranates may have more antioxidant power than cranberry juice or green tea. This seedy fruit may lower cholesterol and improve blood flow to the heart in people with ischemic coronary heart disease. Pomegranate juice also may slow the growth of prostate cancer. Portion Control:Some studies indicate that drinking 1-1/2 ounces of pomegranate juice daily is enough. But it's rather pricey, in terms of money and calories, so you might want to mix it with mineral or seltzer water to make the power juice go further. Suzi List Owner health What is a weed? Guest guest
I’ve shared this before. I melt chocolate, then drop the pomegranate seeds into the chocolate, stir well, then drop spoonfuls of this mixture onto foil and freeze. These candies can be popped in your mouth, frozen….then juice from the pomegranate seeds ooze out through the chocolate into your mouth, all the while the chocolate is melting in your mouth too….divine! Otherwise, will just throw it in with my fruit smoothie. __________ Information from ESET Smart Security, version of virus signature database 5589 (20101103) __________ The message was checked by ESET Smart Security. http://www.eset.com __________ Information from ESET Smart Security, version of virus signature database 5589 (20101103) __________The message was checked by ESET Smart Security.http://www.eset.com
