So many soils are horribly depleted and the foods they produce are also depleted. Adding the classic fertilizer of NPK only exacerbates the problem. The trace minerals are not added. Plants are not healthy, so sprays have to be used for bugs that are only cleaning up the garbage farmers grow. A good healthy plant does not get bugs. Ever taste a really good peach that lingers in your taste buds for 30 minutes after the last swallow? Ever eat a carrot that is like crunchy candy? If your food tests high on the Brix chart, then worry about cooking or not. As Dr Carey Reams said, there is never too much high quality produce on the markets! Speaking of trace minerals, When I bought Celtic sea salt I was told it had garden applications yet salt is usually anti-botanical. Anyone know about this?
